Spinning is to fix the flat or hollow blank on the mold of the spinning machine. When the blank rotates with the main shaft of the machine, the blank is pressurized with a roller or driving rod to produce local plastic deformation. Spinning can complete the complex geometric features of various complex sheet metal parts, which is a special method of sheet metal forming. The geometric features of complex sheet metal parts such as drawing, flanging, necking, bulging and crimping can be completed by spinning.
